It feels like Springtime!!

Spring is in the air, hopefully it will continue tomorrow- perfect weather for Moseley Farmer's Market!

Tomorrow we will be bringing-

  • Beef lasagne
  • Spinach & ricotta cannelloni
  • Boar tortelloni (slow cooked for hours, fresh boar from Wyre Forrest)
  • Smoked cheese and pancetta tortelloni
  • Rocket & walnut pesto
  • Fiery red pesto (made using our friend's '7 pot chilli' HOT!)
  • Dulce leche 
Just in case the weather isn't so warm we'll bring a huge pot of minestrone!

  1. Just used the pesto that we bought from you at Moseley Farmer's Market and absolutely loved it! Did it with some creme fraiche, one extra chilli (my mum's the one who said it wasn't that hot...), chicken, mushrooms and pasta. Will definitely try it again!

  2. So pleased you enjoyed it, great idea using creme fraiche with the pesto. A few people said the hot spicy pesto could be a bit hotter, so next market we have a secret weapon- extra hot chillies 10 times hotter than habaneros... I've never tasted anything so hot! I might make a hot batch and an extra-extra hot batch next market.
